As part of the work of A Milpa do Salnés / Horta Biointensive O Torno that we have been developing for 5 years in Spain, Portugal and France, this summer we have participated in the Course on the Biointensive Method in Lacroisille France accompanying our colleague Federico Gómez, with the first course taught in the area to disseminate the method.

Participants were delighted with the advantages offered by the method and at the same time saw an ongoing experience in their area.
