"Making the bed"
Starting in March, from A Milpa do Salnés together with the CEIP Coirón – Dena school we have been working with teachers, parents and students in the school garden to put into practice the principles of the biointensive method of growing food.

The first thing is to work with our soil: Laboratory analysis to know our soil, double excavation for deep soil preparation, simple excavation before sowing, weeding to reduce the incidence of weeds, fertilization to give the soil just what it needs.
